I am a journalist and media project manager.

I was born in Athens, I live in Athens and Berlin. I studied Law in France, as well as International and European Law in Belgium. I have been trained on Data Journalism & Computational Reporting at the Columbia Journalism School in New York.

I am the co-founder of oikomedia.com, a networked digital platform designed to help cross-border collaborations of media professionals and implement cross-border journalism projects.

Since 2014, I work with tech professionals for the creation of technological tools that help journalists..

Since 2006, I have participated and implemented various projects related to new media, always involving a pan-European newsroom and network of media professionals in Europe.

I was awarded the Charlemagne Youth Prize in May 2012 for the cafebabel.com European wide media project “Europe on the Ground”. I currently work as journalist and project manager of media projects that include ICT and data processing, driven by the ever-increasing intersection between technology, science and social needs.

Given my nearly pathological interest for the future of the news business and european journalism, I enjoy working in the business side of media as much as I enjoy working on the editorial side.

I speak English, French and I can find my way in German. My mothertongue is Greek.
