I am an independent journalist and media project manager. Since July 2022, I am the General Manager of the Democracy & Culture Foundation, which among other special projects to strengthen Democracy, organizes the Athens Democracy Forum, in association with The New York Times and The Art for Tomorrow conference. <br/> <br/> Prior to joining the Democracy & Culture Foundation, I was a Marie Curie fellow working at the intersection of cognitive science and journalism, researching the role of conscious and unconscious mental processing in data journalism. I have conducted data investigations about water mismanagement, the greek railway network as well as international migration. <br/> <br/> I am the co-founder of oikomedia.com, a platform aiming at cross-border collaboration between media professionals and A+Ω, a data analysis platform. <br/> <br/> I was born and I live in Athens, Greece.
